The institute was established in the year 1994, in an rural area of Delhi to provide the medical assistance for the health of the general public, which was lacking behind in the area, especially in the field of eye & Dental care through free OPD and Free check - ups camps, by operating Cataracts & Intraocular lens implantation, Phaco- emulsification, Squint Surgeries etc. The institute is dedicated to uplift the rural persons in the society by providing them the education above school level and creating general awareness towards health specially for the increasing drug addicts in the society creating several unhealthy environment in the society.
