JOB DESCRIPTION :
Responsibilities :
- Candidate must have experience in Sourcing from Job portal like Naukri/ Monster/ Timesjobs etc.
- Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work.
- Candidate must possess good listening skills, Marketing skill, Confidence, Multitasking ability, Time management skill and Team working ability.
- Should be able to manage complete candidate life cycle i.e. Screening , Identifying , Conducting interviews
- Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements; using job sites.
- Cold Calling for Passive Job Seekers
Qualifications :
Minimum qualifications :
- Any Graduate
Preferred qualifications :
- 1-5 years experience candidates would be considered.
- Candidates should be flexible to work in assigned shifts.
