Responsible for executing the various Recruitment activities planned for the branch and ensuring compliance to all internal processes and other compliance standards as set by the Company or the Regulator.

To achieve the assigned recruitment target of the Branch
Execute the various Recruitment activities planned for the branches
Actively involve the BA in activities pertaining to Recruitment and New Agent Activation
Monitor and review the licensing of new Agents so as to ensure maximum conversion from NAAF to Licensing.
Actively drive New Agent Activation in the first 3 months of the Agent's life cycle.
Identify and groom a pool of advisors who can be coded as leaders
Effectively run the various tactical measures launched either locally or nationally
To ensure that the spend for various Agency Development activities are within the approved limits.
Ensure compliance to all internal processes and other compliance standards as set by the Company or the Regulator.
Skills Required
