Requirement

1 Must have worked with any outbound sales process

2 Should have an understanding about the outbound Kpi's and Kra's

3 Should be well versed with excl.

4 Should have good team handling skills.

5 Work closely with the team, motivating and coaching them

6 Support the Head of Sales to deliver business targets and objectives and
create a performance orientated culture

7 Responsible for the target achievement of the designated team members
