We currently have requirements for a voice/Semi/Voice process for BPO call centre. We Need candidate who can speak excellent fluent English.Have your updated CV ready for online interview .
EXPERIENCE: 0.6Years to 5 Years in Voice process
SHIFT: Rotational shifts
Key Result area:-
Handling incoming calls.
Providing resolution to customer on Technical queries.
Ensure that the required SLAs are met
Participate in coaching reviews and training assessments and personnel in conjunction with department managers. Education
Graduate
*Undergraduate
*(6months of call center experience mandatory or should be flexible to work in shifts)
LOCATION: Bangalore
ROLE: Customer Support Representative Voice/Technical support
POSITION: CSR voice International
QUALIFICATION: Graduate/UG
REMUNERATION: Salary 1.5 pa 4.8Lpa
