We currently have requirements for a voice/Semi/Voice process for BPO call centre. We Need candidate who can speak excellent fluent English & Hindi for Sales support salary upto 6lc

Key Result area:-
Handling incoming calls.
Providing resolution to customer on Technical queries.
Ensure that the required SLAs are met
Participate in coaching reviews and training assessments and personnel in conjunction with department managers. Education

* should be flexible to work in shifts
LOCATION: Bangalore
ROLE: Customer Support Representative Voice/Technical support
POSITION: CSR voice International
QUALIFICATION: Graduate/UG
