The Growth & Marketing Manager is a professional who loves taking brands to a high-growth stage with ingenious strategies. You will be responsible for :
The Profile
- Understanding today's digital landscape with respect to our offerings.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs.
- Maintaining all assets in line with brand plans and business priorities.
- Executing high performance and viral marketing campaigns across a range of social media platforms.
- Working with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customers digital journey.
- Reviewing and optimising the design and content of all online assets.
- Planning and control of the digital marketing budget and spend by allocating budgets to different channels.
- Driving performance marketing via SEO/SEM.
- Driving business growth by developing innovative ideas and campaigns.
- Testing and optimising marketing tactics that boost conversion rates and accelerate customer acquisition.
The Profile
- You possess Masters in Marketing or related discipline and have at least 5 years experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience working with online consumer brands will be an advantage.
- You have a fair understanding of our nation's MedTech sector.
- Experience within Growth Hacking, Social Media/ Viral Marketing and Performance marketing is required.
- You are open to mentoring junior professionals, if required.
- You possess strong analytical skills and can easily translate market trends into business implications.
- You are adaptable and work well in fast paced environments.
