Position:Digital Recruitment Development Manager (DRDM) - Life Insuarnce Sales - (Work From Home)

Job Description:

• To work for only 5 hours daily and sell Life Insurance policies from own natural market/contacts.
• On roll of Reliance.
• To create a team of insurance advisors train them on insurance product.
• Advisors will work on commision basis and DRDM will be paid fixed monthly salary + incentives.
• To do Joint Field Work withadvisors to sell Life Insurancepolicy.
• All customer interaction will be done digitally through platforms such as MS Teams/Zoom/Video calls.
• Help Life Insurance advisor to collect renewal / cross sell / up sell.
• No need to go to branch or office. Completely sell from home.

CTC - 12,000 Per month fixed + Incentives

Eligibility:

• Should have sales experience
• Can recruit advisors and manage the team
• Can work from home with laptop and internet connection
• Strong communication in English/Hindi/Marathi or any other regional language
• Business owners/Housewives/Profesionals can apply
