Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Build and run testing processes in the Salesforce platform and across its sandbox and development environments.
Design, code and document automated test cases within a framework that you will co-author to ensure the quality of our product and releases.
Define the regression testing process and framework, including UI, back end, Salesforce components and integrations.
Translate existing manual regression test cases into automated test cases.

WHAT TO BRING

5+ years of experience with software QA testing and test automation, with 2 years of exclusive SFDC QA experience.
Experience with automation development utilizing technologies such as JavaScript, SQL, software version control, Selenium, copa.do, etc.
Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
An ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and pick up new skill sets quickly.
BA/BS degree or equivalent required.

NICE-TO-HAVES

Experience with Copa.do testing and release management software.
2 Years of Salesforce Community Cloud experience.
2 Years of Salesforce Service Cloud and Omni-Channel experience
