Job Description
- experience in production
- To make planning for achieve production target as per define schedule.
- To ensure suitable deployment of man power according to m/c requirement.
- To communicate all sub-ordinate about product realization.
- Check the Calibration Status of All Instruments.
- To co-ordinate with quality dept to comply quality requirements.
- To be reviewed Daily Production Report && Cross Check the Weightment Actual V/S Nominal.
- To check all ISO records on daily basis.
- To find out new creative ideas to increase m/c efficiency.
- To follow preventive maintenance schedule as circulate by maintenance dept.
- Reducing cost by planning, monitoring && controlling elements.
- To ensure 5'S and housekeeping at production area.
- To create CAPA against process and market complaints.
- To control monthly budget by monitoring manpower and resources required.
- To make entries of production in ERP on daily basis.
