Stakeholder ManagementSales, Underwriting, Claims, IT, Operations, etc. Role Objective :The role holder will primarily manage the agents and drive strategy; planning and implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objectives for the assigned area/channel. Role:

Primary job is to recruit agents, to sell non motor insurance product
Understanding their need and developing desired system for their ease of doing business.
Working closely with UW, claims team to design and develop various guidelines/processes
Recruiting other high potential agents, maintaining their activation and business growth in IL.
Servicing recruited agents and maintaining a strong relationship for better penetration and loyalty.
Training & developing of agents and new joiners.
Maintaining right Product Mix and LR. Achieving KPI targets.

Required Qualification / Experience

Full Time Graduate/ Post Graduate in related field
4+ years of relevant experience in the relevant profile
Go getter and attitude to achieve the deadlines
Excellent Relationship building Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint and Excel
