Desired Candidate Profile
Location Kolkata
Experience 5 10 Years in Organic Agro Company
Qualification B.Sc / M.Sc in Agriculture, MBA in agro business will be considered as more eligible.
Please find below the JD
(A) Sales Objectives:
a. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for Maple Orgtech
b. Work closely with regional managers to deliver Business Plan targets
c. Work on product mix to improve the profit margins and deliver growth.
d. Stock planning, forecast and ensure timely payment collection.
(B) Strategic Role:
a. Managing New business development
b. Brand Building Strategies
c. Managing Identification and segregation of potential Market Segments
d. Managing Revenue generation through new account development and key account management.
e. Budget preparation and control
(C) Operational Role:
a. Handling team effectively and building cohesiveness among team members.
b. Defining the exact marketing processes and responsible for executing the same.
c. Developing relevant business proposals
d. Monitor market Intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers etc.
e. Handling meeting with key clients
f. Meeting with Government department to initiative government projects
g. Drive appropriate market development activities of the sales team
h. Provide necessary training to sales team as and when needed
i. Monitoring & evaluating the performance of sales team by guiding them to move in proper direction
j. Fulfil required administrative activities such as:
i. Daily Sales Report
ii. Advance Tour Plan
iii. Expense Statements
iv. Outstanding Position of clients.
