Post: HIC Staff Nurse
Education : BSc/GNM (Registration mandatory)
Location : Noida
Experience: Min 1 year
Remuneration: As per hospital industry
Job Responsibility:
- Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients charts
- Monitor patients condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
- Observe and interpret patients symptoms and communicate them to physicians
- Collaborate with doctors and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients
- Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients charts
- Adjust and administer patients medication and provide treatments according to physicians orders
- Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds etc.)
- Provide instant medical care in emergencies
- Assist surgeons during operations
- Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families
- Expand knowledge and capabilities by attending educational workshops, conferences etc.
- Good knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
- Good knowledge of emergency care
- Good knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Help the ward sister for supervision of work of allotted in the ward for maintenance of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Keep a sub stock of drugs, linen and other supplies for ward maintenance
- To indent drugs, other supplies if necessary
- To vigilant to protect the patient from injury or accident by providing side rail
- Assist the ward sister in orientation programme of new staff and students
- Help ward sister in indenting and checking of drugs, supplies and maintaining inventories
- Deputed for the ward sister during staff absent
- To maintain the hand washing protocol, dress protocol as prescribed
- To prepare the drugs, crash trolley, etc. properly
- To keep records of all the procedures of the patient neatly
- To monitor the condition and take care of patient during operation, and post operatively in recovery room
- To carry out the instruction of O.T. Sister when necessary
- Take over the charge from duty nurse of previous shift, regarding patients (bed to bed), instrument supplies, drugs etc. and handed over the same to the next shift
- Fulfil all basic needs (hygienic need, nutritional need etc) of the patients.
- Help ward sister in indenting and checking of drugs, supplies and maintaining inventories
- To maintain the hand washing protocol, dress protocol as prescribed
- To prepare the drugs, crash trolley, etc. properly
- To keep records of all the procedures of the patient neatly
