Urgent requirement for Tele Sales Executive for Axis Bank.
Designation Telesales Executive, ( Only Graduate Candidate can Apply )
Location Noida Sector 128

Job Responsibilities:
Customer Focus and Adaptability to different personality types.
Delivering of excellent Quality service to customers to achieve total Customer Satisfaction.
Identify Customers- needs and delivering Voice Service to the customers on queries and complaints.
Managing large amounts of Inbound and Outbound calls in a timely manner.
Meeting standard Call Centre KPIs Quality, Call Volume, First Call resolutions etc. Job Requirements:
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively. Excellent command on English and Hindi must.
Good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel.
Previous Experience in a Customer Support Role / Knowledge or Exposure is an added advantage. Strong Phone and Verbal Communication Skills along with active listening.
