Greetings from Eclerx Service Ltd !!!
Were looking for a Product Data Management Analyst, to add to talent pool of our Centre of Competence (CoC) team. The CoC analyst will work within our Data Management team, to help our Clients to improve their processes, within various Sales operations & support functions. It will involve significant amount of data processing, and critical thinking to improve efficiencies. The candidate will also be working on consultancy projects aimed at delivering products & services customized for individual Clients. The role reports to Process Manager and will be a key influencer of our digital identity.
The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, with an ability to listen and comprehend information and share it with all the key 0073takeholders, highlighting opportunities for improvement and concerns, if any. He/she must be able to work collaboratively with teams to execute tasks within defined timeframes while maintaining high quality standards and superior service levels. The ability to take proactive actions and willingness to take up responsibility beyond the assigned work area is a plus.
The ideal experience map Graduates of any stream with above average academic record, Engineers not preferred, IT skills desirable & not mandatory. This career path does not align with software development role. Tech industry trend awareness, familiarity with computer terminologies.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Data enrichment/gap fill, standardization, normalization and categorization of online and offline products data via research through different sources like internet, specific websites, database etc.
- Data quality check and correction
- Data profiling and reporting (basic)
- Email communication with client on request acknowledgment, project status and response on queries.
- Executing repetitive tasks, with high quality standards and superior service levels
TECHNICAL AND FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:
- Basic knowledge on MS Office/Internet.
- Tech industry trend awareness
- Familiarity with computer terminologies
- Ability to understand & improve complex processes
PEOPLE SKILLS AND OTHER PERSONALITY TRAITS:
- Good verbal and written communication
- Should have good research and logical skills, ability to learn and attention to detail.
