Location: Kolkata, Diamond Harbour, Bolpur, Ranaghat, Bishnupur, Suri, Habra, Tarakeswar, Bagdogra, Budge Budge.
CTC: upto 2.20 L
Job Role:
Permanent job/ On - roll job
comprises of below mentioned 3 roles
Recruiter : As a recruiter ARDM has to build up Agency
Coach : As a coach ARDM has to develop Agents to make them self dependent
Business Leader: As a Business Leader ARDM ha to towards achieving Revenue Growth, Quality of Business, Unit Profitability.
Criteria:
1) Formally Dressed, Good Communication skills (at least in Hindi & regional language)
2) Age limit: 25 - 35 Years
3) Education: Graduate
4) Should be local resident for at least 3 years
5) Should have 2 wheeler (not required where local transport is good)
6) Should have Android mobile phone.
7) Experience: Min 1 year of Sales Exp.
8) Should have Pan Card & Aadhar Card
