Job Profile for Talent Acquisition (Recruitment):
  • Coordinate with Hiring managers and understand the clients requirement
  • Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
  • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements , on Newsgroups and job boards
  • Handle End to End Recruitment Cycle (sourcing ,Screening, Interviewing ) and Utilize best sourcing techniques to develop and shortlist candidate pool.
  • Conduct Phone Screens to qualify the candidates & assess their skills as per clients need in terms of candidate's suitability for attitude, academic, experience, & communication skills.
  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
  • Keep your candidate in loop and take follow-up for interview coordination to till joining
  • Formulating interview schedules, filling reports of candidate's status, recording their joining reports, tracking hiring reports, and maintaining resume database.

Job Profile for New Client Acquisition (Business Development):

  • This person Should be responsible for Acquire New Clients for Sarthee consultancy
  • Making Business Pitch to prospective client for On-boarding
  • Cold calls, coordination and follow-up with clients and Track weekly calls and appointments.
  • Tracking new clients in various industries, placing proposals & getting the MOUs done.
  • Arrange/Prepare proposals and contracts for clients
  • Be responsible for Client relationships and meeting client expectations.
  • Process and manage paperwork and correspondence related to all Clients
  • Effectively represent company at various professional forums / Levels.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

Experience :- Fresher

Qualification : BE / BTech / MSW / MHRM / MCOM(HR)/ MHRM/ MBA / MSC / MCA (  2019 pass out)

Confident with Excellent in communication oral & written communication
Powerful skills of persuasion and negotiation
Strong decision-making skills
Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
Should be Multitasking - Juggle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Marketing Skills - Knowing how to market and promote your services, expertise and knowledge effectively to clients and candidates is of utmost importance.
