Job Description
Infosys BPM Ltd is hiring for Mortgage process Freshers and experienced for Jaipur location
Education: Any Non-technical & non-science graduate
Shift: Flexible
JD Process Executive
Experience: 0-1 year
- Execute transactions as per the guidelines and timelines in order to meet SLA targets
- Execute client transactions as per defined SOP.
- Resolves individual cases that need re-work.
- Shares experiences.
- Delivers on the new process/approach.
JD Senior Process Executive
Experience: 1-2 years
- Execute transactions as per the guidelines and timelines in order to meet SLA targets.
- Execute client transactions as per defined SOP.
- Ensure appropriate documentation of the upshot from the last transaction as per the prescribed format in order to meet quality standards.
- Customer Interaction.
- Share experiences in order to facilitate capture the knowledge.
- Deliver on the new process to meet the client goals.
JD Process Specialist
Experience: 2-4 years
- US Mortgage experience preferred
- Good understanding of FHA, VA and USDA guidelines
- Conventional Mortgage underwriting
- Good understanding of correspondent Mortgage process
- Underwriting experience will be added advantage (Assets/Wages/Liabilities)
- Good Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
- Attention to detail or Eye for detail
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure with good attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Analyzes and constantly improves system, process and nature of services being provided to the customer.
