Roles and Responsibilities
1.generate leads & business form broker network and also direct Sourcing form the open market to achieve disbursement targets
2. Login to conversation- to maintain the target ratio.
3. development broker network and maintain healthy relationship for achieving Sales objective.
4. impart regular training to broker on finance schemes and refresher training
5.identify and source customer from markets like mandis, stands vehicle owners associated and such clusters
6. Engaging with RTO agents and lialsion with RTO offices for faster processing of RTO Documents And Having absolute control over the process
7.ensuring post disbursal Documents ( RC,Insurance ,And Related Documents ) Updation
8.Maintain portfolio quality by controlling early delinquency through first EMI And nonstarter collections
9. Timely communication to broker network About the scheme/HO communication on payouts/RC,etc.
10.Daily sharing of MIS with case wise status of the leads given by broker
11. understanding of customer needs and proper guidance /explanation of the finance schemes to the customer .
Minimum 2 years of related experience in used vehicle financing
Articulate-communication skill
Through knowledge of used vehicle financing processes
target oriented
Excellent broker network
Ability to close direct deals
