Roles and Responsibilities

Achieving the sales target assigned to the USM through Relationship / Channel Management, SO / Associate management

Job Profile:

Coordinating with other departments such as Claims, U/W & Operations.
Manage Relationship with the Insurance Managers and segment teams of the business partner for sales
Objection handling of the sales team of the business partner
Calls with the sales team of business associate at their channel
MIS to business partner teams
Sales & Booking of all retail business
Manage Sales Officers / Associates and support them for business process & booking
Recruitment, Training & Motivation of SO / Associate.
