Job Description
Note: Candidate should have experience in Mutual funds and Immediate joiners (max 20days)
Required Skills:
- Min 3 Years Experience in Manual Testing in a mobile app. SQL Knowledge preferred. Should have experience in the capital market.
- Extensive knowledge and experience of software testing and defect tracking tools (at least one each) JIRA, Bugzilla, Zephyr etc.
- Testing Coordination experience Full understanding of End to End mobile/web application test process and experience on how and when to engage different teams such as DBA, Dev or System admins.
- Excellent Soft Skills (Communication via email, phone, live-meeting etc.)
- Experience with Agile/ Waterfall development methodologies MS Office (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, & Word)
- Speaking/presentation skills in a professional setting
- Preferred certification / Training: ASTQB-Mobile Testing, ISTQB Foundation Level, NCFM Beginner (Must), NCFM Dealer, NCFM Commodity, Another Testing Certification
Job description
To write test scenarios, test cases and execute it.
To understand the requirements and functional specifications of the application.
To participate in identifying the test scenarios and designing the test cases.
To provide technical support to team members.
Debugging and execution of Test cases.
To perform cross-browser & cross-platform testing
To provide updates on testing progress or other activities to the QA manager and other teams
Maintaining status reports & presenting as & when required
Basic understanding of Scrum and JIRA.
Desired Skills
Passionate about understanding the application end to end
Effective communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders
3 to 10 years of core experience in software testing
Good knowledge of SQL database
Experience of defect logging, tracking and verifying the defect, knowledge of defect tracking tools
Experience of working in a highly agile environment
Good knowledge in the financial and capital market domain, preferably in Stock. Knowledge of
testing Web /Mobile and Desktop applications
Primary Responsibility
Functional Testing, System and Integration Testing, Compatibility Testing, Regression Testing. Design test cases and test scenarios, execution of test cases, defect management, update the reports in JIRA, and coordination with stakeholders.
