Position: Assistant Manager/Manager - Business Development. Female Candidate only

Exp.: 1.5 - 3 Years

Salary: 25k to 30k

Skills: Should have Good communication skills

Job Location: Gurgaon

Nature of Work: Corporate / Commercial Real Estate Advisory

Candidates from Hotel Background or F&B Background will be preferred

Oversee the Sales & Business Development process to attract new clients.
Reach out to Senior Admin professionals/Key contacts in organizations and fix appointments with them. Also to take up Corporate Meetings across Country preferably Delhi/NCR.
Develop and Maintain fruitful relationships with clients to achieve repeated or Referral/New Business.
Research and identify new market opportunities.
Prepare and deliver pitches to potential/Regular Corporate.
Prepare a database of Admin/Facility - Managers/Heads - Key Contacts
Should have knowledge of Warehousing/Ecommerce/Logistics Clients
Should have knowledge about Co-working/Managed Offices
