JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for SAP data management for production planning (Ops) & Sales and Distribution, reports verification and confirmation of data
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. SAP Data Management
- Effective coordination, follow-up and collect the data on time from the respective functional
team
- Responsible for maintain coordination both internal & external customers and across cross-
functional teams.
- Responsible for Daily maintain check list as per the HFL SOPs and update the error free data
in the ERP accurately on time
2. IT Team management
- Responsible for IT manpower monitoring with respect to PP, SD & MM for smooth functioning
of day to day data updation
- Responsible for enhance the skills, resolving the user level problems also updating &
completing SAP data related queries raised by the internal as well as external team members
- Responsible for co ordination with RIIT for IT infrastructure facilitation and arrangement
- Work book should be maintained in the format provided with the daily activities for review and
authentication. All the IT Team should sign on the work book every day
3. Imparting the training to the IT Team on SAP Modules MM, PP & SD
- Responsible for training to the new SAP users on HFL business process / SAP navigation and
new process to the existing users
- Responsible for enhance the skills in SAP PP, SD & MM module activities and SAP reports
generation,
4. MIS Support
- Responsible for co ordination in preparation of Monthly information report as per the business
requirement as per the schedule and submit to the respective functional team.

- Co-ordination with service providers and IT Team for SAP Support
5. Co-ordinating with the respective functional team
- Responsible to handle & maintain the SAP Data of PP, SD & MM modules
- Shall be the one contact point for the SAP Data management for the area locations assigned
- Responsible for Co ordinating, generation of different kinds of reports from ERP and arrange
to submit to the respective functional team from time to time.
- Every day data status to be communicated to respective functional consultants
Note: Preferably Male candidates only
PREREQUISITES:
- Should be a M.Tech / B.Tech / BSc. (Compuers) with Good Academic Record.
- Experience in SAP ERP
- Age group: 24-28 yrs - Should know the Local language (Telugu)
- Strong knowledge in Excel, Advance Excel, MS Office
