About the role: (Business Development Manager Franchise )
This is a high visibility sales role. The incumbent would be responsible for franchise sales managing and driving the franchise business. The incumbent will work as an individual contributor.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Major tasks:
Job Responsibilities:
- Playing a key role in acquiring new businesses, onboarding and engaging the right set of dealers/customers for the franchise.
- Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, so that they grow with Cars24.
- Maintaining end to end dealer/customer relationship.
- Responsible for the process of franchise onboarding from the dealer/customer.
- This will be a field intensive role, where you will connect the dealers for a franchise to Cars24 platform.
Other Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the daily MIS
- Monitoring sales activities.
- Providing assistance to the reporting manager.
- Interacting with staff at all levels.
Who can apply**:
- Minimum 1 years exp in Sales management
- Have relevant skills and interests

Skills required: English Proficiency (Spoken) and English Proficiency (Written), MS Excel, Stakeholder Management
Role Specification:
- Required only male candidates.
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Coordinating with various locations/departments for collecting information and to enable smooth work
- Detail-oriented, output-driven and diligent individual
- Comfortable with ambiguity, unpredictable work hours and open to working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Candidate should be open for travelling as this is afield role.
