Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Manage incidents and problems identified in applications owned by applications supported by Corporate Investment Banking Technology Platform Service Management team including issues encountered by partners during operations of the applications supported (e.g., applications not functioning properly or undergoing outages).
- Perform root cause analyses and preventive action functions to address and resolve application service issues and recurring failures.
- Communicate status of issues to partners and peers from technology group CIO, CTO, application managers, support teams.
- Prepare and deliver periodic metrics and status reports to management.
- These reports cover statistics and analyses of incident trends, patching volume, average number of problems, time resolutions graphs, and charts tracking change requests
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor s Degree in Technology (or) Graduation/Post Graduation and ITIL Certified
- Experience of more than 5 years in Change, Release, Operations for Banks
- Expertise in Pac2000
- Strong in communication; oral, listening and writing skills. Able to communicate ideas/views clearly
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills

- Understanding of SDLC, application life cycle management, Incident problem management
- Expertise in Service Now
