Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Pleasing personality and attitude.
Good Communication, listening skills.
Responsible for reception activities, logging phone calls, record requests & complaints of the clients.
Attending incoming calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them.
Responding the telephonic call and carry out the conversations politely and timely manner.
Coordinating meetings and appointments.
Maintenance of Attendance Register and keeping a track on outdoor duties of the Executive/Staff.

Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate with 6 months - 1 Year relevant experience in managing Front Desk.
