Job description:
1. Responsible for credit collections by contacting the customers via phone and emails.

2. Monitoring customer account details and identifies & investigates non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities and payment clearance.

3. Follow-up with customers seeking payment on outstanding invoices and work with customers to explain balance due.

4. Investigate and resolve billing and account discrepancies.

5. Advise to process and issue credit memo after validating customer queries and getting management approvals.

6. Prioritizing accounts and workflow to meet management goals.

7. To raise request to apply cash as per the remit provided by the customer.

8. To review the customers credit limit by reviewing their payment history.

2. Should have Passed Level B1 in French Language.
