Leading Global French MNC Requires Finance Executive ( J P Nagar)- Bangalore
One of our client a leading Global French MNC operating in over 40 countries and it is the world leader in employee incentive solutions & issuer of prepaid vouchers and cards. It is the leader in Employee Benefits, Citizen Benefits and Rewards Management business. Its products offers customers a secure payment instrument which can be used over an affiliated network while its programs helps its clients reach, distribute, reward, include and retain their partners, customers and employees.
We are looking for an energetic team player to work as Finance Executive in Bangalore, India for the Global Rewards Business Units. You will report directly to the Finance Director who is based in Singapore.
POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Your responsibilities will include:
l Account Receivables
Mid-month & monthly invoicing to clients
Review the billing reports to clients and ensure that processed orders are invoiced
Prepare client invoice with supporting document to clients
Communicate with clients on all invoicing related matters
Update all the AR invoices, credit note & receipts in Saxo and MS Excel
l Account Payables
Verifying suppliers invoices from different countries
Capture all the invoices in the excel file from email by dairy basis
Verifying orders invoiced by Vendors and approving them
Liaise with Purchasing Specialist on the item pricing
Follow-up and reconciliations of prepayments and deposit
Weekly process payment to Management for approval, process payment
Update all the AP invoices & Payment in Saxo and MS Excel
l Other requirements
Identify opportunities for process improvements/outsourcing/automation
Any ad-hoc matters as assigned by management
REQUIRED SKILLS AND PROFILE
l Education: Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance required
l Language: Good level of spoken and written English
l IT tools: Microsoft office tools with excellent working proficiency in Excel
l Skills:
Ability to articulate any issues arising from the AP & AR processes
Good team player in a multi-cultural environment
Mature and able to work independently
Meticulous and detail-oriented
Express interest in accounting process and good learning attitude
l Experience: 4+ years experience in accounting and operational finance

Office Timing : 9:30am to 6:30pm
