Desired Candidate Profile

Support Lean Deployment Initiatives at the Client Sites to improve productivity, service and culture across the organization.
Program management and execution by tracking KPIs and ensuring communication to senior management.
Create and maintain standard methods for data gathering and analysis, metrics definitions, benefits tracking and reporting that will drive consistency across all regions and sites

Initial Responsibilities

Upgrade his/ her own skills on Lean Concepts & Tools
Build skills for deployment of Lean Tools
Assist the Consulting Team in Lean Deployment at the Client Sites
Build Subject Matter Expertise on Lean Manufacturing/ Change Management with help of Leading Consultant

Education:

UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Production/Industrial

PG: M.Tech - Production/Industrial, MBA/PGDM - Systems, Other Management, MS/M.Sc(Science) - Industrial & Systems Engineering, Statistics
