Job Description
Job Profile: Sales Officer
Salary: 2LPA to 3 LPA CTC Per Month plus Huge incentives
(Depending upon the Education and experience)
Education and Experience:
Candidate must be graduate with all the educational certificates
Candidate must have 0 to 2 years of experience in any sales profiles
Candidate must have field sales experience of any type of preferable BFSI, NBFC or any other field sales experience
Candidates from CA/SA/CASA/Loan/Banking/NBFC/BFSI are preferred for higher package
Fluency in the Local language (Must) and basic English communication is expected
2 Wheeler Must
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Will be responsible for meeting targets, identify new sources from assigned geography, and maintain good relationship with sources
Responsible for lane to lane/ Area mapping of Area/ Geography at regular intervals with the help of supervisor.
Channel Partner Recruitment (Responsible for identification of channel partners)
Generate leads of the customer through referral, meeting branch walk-ins customer, associates,
Ensure quality customer service is delivered
Meeting productivity norms as defined through the support of channels & own efforts
Strictly adhere & maintain KYC norms compliance
Adhere the norms, regulation & practices of banks religiously
Standard KYC document collection from the candidate
Compensation discussion with the candidate
CIBIL check
Offer Release from the central team (Both hard & soft copies)

- Last 3 months salary slips-Offer letter
- Immediate joining is preferred (Notice period max 15days acceptable from the previous organization)
