Education - B.Sc/ M.Sc./Mteh ( Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Genetics, Biochemistry). MBA in sales
Work Experience: 3+ years in Sales
Should have experience in COVID TESTING.
Attributes : Pleasing Personality, Team leader capabilities, Good Communication Skills, Proactive, Hard Working, with a good record of consistently meeting goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Should have at least 5+ years of sales experience for new and emerging technologies of Clinical Diagnostics, Molecular Screening Program, Molecular Diagnostic tests etc. and at least 2-3 month experience of Selling Covid RT-PCR/Ab ,
Manage to achieve the Sales Target, cash-inflow, expanse control
Comply with sales administration function, operational performance reporting as per ECDB requirement.
Achieve the daily sales call numbers, create new accounts, and retain customer and dealers.
Achieve the Days Sales Outstanding targets and ensure payment outstanding is under control & interacted with the customers, dealers to follow-up and ensure timely payments.
Should have the experience to manage the channel partners and should be aware of all the terms and conditions and good network with Hospitals, private practitioners, Collection Centers.
Build strong relations with the channel partners to build a strong customer base and help achieve dealer targets.
Devised and or Implement strategies to increase the penetration of services amongst wide reach of hospitals, private labs and communities screening programs.
Devise and implement sales tool provided by ECDB to achieve their targets. Should be aware of the sales funnel process, knowledge of CRM is an advantage.
Devise and Implement plans based on competitor information to increase our market share and protect the profit and price drop.
Analysis sales and activity trends on a weekly basis to ensure the given targets will be achieved and deviations if any will be factored and plan B will be prepared and communicated to Manager.
Being in direct touch with key customers and ensure they are regularly met as per the plan & their visit to Eurofins Clinical Genetics Facility as per schedule.
Ensure implementations of the Sales tools, customer database and sales team office returns are submitted on time as per policy.
Establishing & managing service network to promote ECDB Services across all the channels:
To achieve productivity, monthly target, profit & collection
To create new clients & Development of Existing clients
Find new opportunities for consistent growth and to guide team to capitalize on the opportunities.
Guide individuals towards professional growth through observation and giving feedback during joint field work and conducting their performance appraisals in a timely manner
Ensure that the service levels meet the highest standards laid down by Eurofins and through yourself and the sales team in collaboration with the operations team provide the best service experience to the customers and help build the brand image.
Maintain a high level of ethics in all transactions.
