Job Description

Location: Bangalore Chennai Hyderabad Pune Gurgaon
Underwriter will be reviewing below mentioned income documents like Paystub/W2/1040 Asset documents (bank statements/gift letter) Appraisal and Title document

Candidate Specification:
Experience: 1 -7 Yrs

Candidate should have experience in US Underwriting process (Residential Mortgage)
Knowledge on 4C is mandatory (Credit Capacity Collateral Capital)
Candidate should know all kind of calculations performed for these documents
Flexible to work in night shift
Excellent communication skills
