Job Description

Responsibilities

Ensuring all payments are timely and accurately posted to the core system.
Reconciliation of daily payments, extensive research on the cash/position breaks.
Contacting external parties back of Claims/Wire/Check/SPOs as part of your reconciliation. Key contact for Income inquiries Being able to resolve mid complex and complex inquiries related to Income transactions.
Handle the exceptions by taking right decision. and understand the anomalies occurred
Maintain interpersonal relationship with all potential stakeholders to facilitate business deliverables.
Facilitate internal audit by supplying samples.
Facilitate knowledge sharing
