1. Provide training to that employee who join for a voice or a verification process.

2. Maintain their records.

3. Rectify the voice error.

4. Make them able to provide right information to customer.

5. Improve their convincing power.

FRESHER SALARY:- 18000 to 25000.

EXPERIENCE SALARY:-LAST COMPANY CTC OF 40% TO 45% HIKE.
