Roles and Responsibilties:

Should be a graduate with atleast 6 months of experience in Customer Support

Solving the basic customer queries of hardware components that is in to a NON VOICE

Should have good communication skills

Should have basic knowledge of installation of Operating systems,Safe mode,Device drivers etc

NON VOICE, DAY SHIFT

SAT & SUN fixed off

Salary 23,000
