Job Description

COMPANY PROFILE :

EPC wing of client include Design, Engineering, Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of Substations (both AIS & GIS) on Turnkey basis up to 400 kV. P T Proj. from 66 kV to 400 kV through Underground Cabling.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Resp. for tendering & B/D for EPC div.

Sourcing tenders from online portals.

End to end processing through GEMs.

Follow Co. tendering process.

Contact EPC contractors.

Prepare high quality tender documentation.

New customer/client development.

Attend tenders opening & price negotiation.

Prepare rationalized research & report on the competitive info, price quotation.

Liaise with internal customers.

End to end Bid management

Review draft tender documents to ensure all systems/components of tender are incl.

Develop tender cost summaries incl. equipment/materials & labour calculations.

Keep track of new projects.

Must have Min. 60% throughout in career
