Desired Candidate Profile

Job Description:

Sourcing and screening of Profiles from Job Portals, Personal networking and other mediums
Understand the client needs and responding them in providing Quality Submissions in a timely manner
Coordinating interviews for the shortlisted candidates
Negotiation of Pay Rates with the consultants Build an active pipeline of potential candidates for current and future needs
Maintain good rapport with consultants and build new candidate leads.

Education:

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG: Post Graduation Not Required
