Role: Semi-Technical/ Customer Support Associate (International Voice Process)

Note: Freshers can apply with excellent communication skills. Skills Required:-

1. We would prefer immediate joiners.
2. Candidate should have basic technical knowledge related to telecom industry.
3. Troubleshooting of technical related issues and ensure to resolve the issues or queries over the call.
4. Candidate should be comfortable to work in 24*7 environments, comfortable to work in night shifts.
5. Must be a graduate. Both side Transport facility available (Pick & Drop).
