Job Description
- Test Engineer( PerformanceRoles and Responsibilities Responsible for Performance testing using tools Load runner, Performance Center. Should have good experience in Automation testing with selenium.
- Responsible for analysis of performance testing issues, performance test data preparation automation
- Responsible for writing scripts in Load runner & other equivalent performance test tools
- Should have very good experience in Monitoring tools.
- Create performance testing scenarios
- Analyze the performance test results and identify the performance bottlenecks
- Manage traceability matrix and ensure test coverage for the requirements
- Required Skills Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Well versed with the different testing methodologies/ techniques/phases/tools and is capable of using the same as per the project requirement
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Ability to accept and deliver assistance to meet deadlines, self-directed, organized, capable of multi-tasking, and willing to shift priorities to meet business requirements
- Good planning and organizational skills, and be able to plan and manage test scripts
- Good Team player
- Ability to interact and communicate with people of various skill levels and diverse backgrounds
- Analytical and problem solving attitude along with able to perform under tight deadlines
- Must demonstrate a flexible approach towards work and ability to move across roles
