Greetings from Tech Mahindra hiring Team!!

Huge openings for customer support- international voice process

Skill set & Eligibility :

Any Graduate & UG with minimum 6 months of experience in international process
No Regular graduation.
SSC pass outs are also eligible with minimum 1 year of voice experience.
Need excellent communication skills.
Looking for immediate joiners only
Shift Timing : Rotational shift & UK
PKG : 2.5- 4.0 LPA + Incentives
Age Limit : 44

Criteria :

Should have ability to resolve customer related issues and ensure to resolve the issues or queries over the call.
Research, diagnose, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
Candidate should be flexible to work for Rotational Shift. comfortable to work in early morning shifts.

5 days working.

Transportation Facilities: Both way

Job Location : Tech Mahindra Business Services, Ground Floor, Spectrum Towers, Mindspace, Malad (W), Mumbai 400064
