Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for Performance testing using tools Load runner

Responsible for analysis of performance testing issues, performance test data preparation automation

Responsible for writing scripts in Load runner & other equivalent performance test tools

Create performance testing scenarios

Analyze the performance test results and identify the performance bottlenecks

Manage traceability matrix and ensure test coverage for the requirements

Job Specification:

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Well versed with the different testing methodologies/ techniques/ phases/ tools and is capable of using the same as per the project requirement

Excellent oral and written communications skills

Ability to accept and deliver assistance to meet deadlines, self- directed, organized, capable of multi- tasking, and willing to shift priorities to meet business requirements

Good planning and organizational skills, and be able to plan and manage test scripts

Good Team player

Ability to interact and communicate with people of various skill levels and diverse backgrounds

Analytical and problem solving attitude along with able to perform under tight deadlines

Must demonstrate a flexible approach towards work and ability to move across roles

Primary Skills (Must have):

LoadRunner

Education:

UG:   B.Tech/B.E. - Computers

PG:  Post Graduation Not Required
