Job Description:

Assist the TSEs in providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support

1. Ensure customer satisfaction
2. Scheduling and allocating tasks to the engineers
3. Monitor the daily activities of the team members
4. To make sure that the SLAs for the complaints are maintained and kept under control
5. To contribute to knowledge base (wiki, SOP, blogs, etc)
6. To update and maintain MIS Trackers/Reports as per the project templates / Quality Standards
