1st round Zoom call & 2nd F2F at Samsung office

Job Description:

• Handling Domestic staffing
• Well versed with hiring portals like Naukri, Monster and other Social Media Platforms.
• Good knowledge of technologies for IT Hiring, Stakeholder.
• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
• Screening resumes
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
• Administering appropriate company assessments
• Coordinating interviews with the clients and hiring managers
• Following up on the interview process status
• Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
• Completing timely reports on employment activity.
