eJob Position: Credit Manager( Commercial Vehicle Loans)

Location: Jodhpur

Qualification: CA

Job Description :

Appraise /recommend / approve proposals as per the delegation of authority.

Monitor credit decisions by the team

Develop & motivate the credit team.

Review delinquent cases and document learnings / portfolio reviews for risk management

Conduct process audits

Recommend changes to policy / process based on local nuances / competitor feedback.

Establish and monitor vendors; maintain a pipeline for growth / attrition.

Implement system integration plans.

Assist the Risk Management Group in research and analysis on industries/clients/markets. Competencies:

In depth knowledge of regional market.

Networking with peers in competition & retail customers preferred.

Technical and professional know-how esp experience in working capital lending.

Service focused.

Drive for making things happen

Innovation and creativity

Open to change and eagerness to grow

Teamwork, co-operation and sharing
