Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Acquisition of potential new Sub-broker for Mutual Fund (SB & IFA)
• Ensure 90% of Sub-brokers (SB & IFA) are Active every month
• Work on Inactive SBs to make them Active
• Advising Sub-brokers clients on various investment ideas based on the suitability to their risk profile, return expectation, asset allocation, liquidity needs etc.
• Responsible for delivering SIP / Lump sum targets
• Conduct SB engagement programs every month
• Manage 90 % of SIP Registered to Triggered ratio
• Up selling of Third party financial products Life & Non-Life Insurance, Mutual Fund - SIP etc.
