Agency Sales:

Recruit, Train, and lead a team of life insurance advisors. Acquire and achieve business targets through the team of advisors.
Overseeing the portfolio of clients and suggesting suitable solutions
Conducting sales presentations to the HNI clients
Ensuring Sales target is achieved before the deadline
Handling Policy Renewals & claim settlements
Attending Professional development training & seminars arranged by the company.
