The role will involves :

Understanding the clients needs and delivering value by creating right solutions for them

Good Exp in NON IT Recruitment

Develop and implement multi - channel sourcing strategy to build relevant talent pools
Expertise in Industry Mapping & tracking across functions and segments
Manage all candidates effectively throughout recruitment process

Desired Candidate Profile :
2+ years of experience in recruitment
Stakeholder Management & has the ability to interact across levels
Self driven with a strong sense of ownership
Excellent Communication Skills
Ability to work under pressure
