JOB Responsibilities:

Recruitment and management of Agents / POSPs.

Sales Planning and target setting for the Agent / POSP Team.

Formulating sales strategies for achieving targets.

Training, motivating and developing of Agents / POSPs.

Provide regular updates to the immediate superior when required.

Any other work may be assigned by the Reporting Head/Company from time to time.
