*Leave and Attendance maintenance and assist Accounts team for monthly payroll.

*Formulating, updating and Implementing HR policies, and ensure translation of policies and procedures to the employees smoothly.

*Performance Appraisal Process management.

*Issuance of letters.

*Administering disciplinary procedures.

*Grievance handling.

*Exit Formalities and payment of Full & Final Settlement.

*Employee engagement.
