Greetings From Tech Mahindra !! Tech Mahindra is hiring for 1 to 5 years experience candidates for International Voice Process.Job Type: Permanent
Job Location: Tech Boulevard Sector 127, Noida
Notice Period: Immediate or 10 Days Max
Role: Semi-Technical/ Customer Support Associate (International Voice Process)
1. We would prefer immediate joiners.
2. Candidate should have basic technical knowledge related to telecom industry.
3. Troubleshooting of technical related issues and ensure to resolve the issues or queries over the call.
4. Candidate should be comfortable to work in 24*7 environments, comfortable to work in night shifts.
5.Undergraduates with minimum 2 years experience. Both side Transport facility available (Pick & Drop).
